About this test
The Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) measures your ability to bounce back or recover from stress. Three items are positively worded and three negatively; the negative items are reverse-scored automatically. Higher totals mean more resilience.
What your score means

| 6–17 | Low resilience |
| 18–25 | Normal resilience |
| 26–30 | High resilience |
